What kind of food is this? That’s easy, kind of. As chefs, we draw inspiration from various sources and cook dishes that ignite our passion. Our mission is to create unique, delicious, and visually beautiful dishes that we hope will leave a lasting impression. Initially, we started by serving modern Middle Eastern fusion street food from our vibrant green jungle-themed food truck in 2019, but our culinary approach is likely to evolve with time. With a menu featuring smaller plates, our wish is that you grab a few friends, relax and enjoy an array of flavors and dishes.
